David Bowie – Live in Santa Monica ’72
Available only as a bootleg until 2008 this 1972 recording captures Bowie’s Ziggy Stardust Tour stop at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium.
Ramones – Live at German Television Musikladen Recording ’78
On September 13th, 1978, the Ramones showed Europe what American Punk Rock was all about. Their intense performance on Musikladen was a breakout hit and this recording captures it all.
Aretha Franklin – Live at the Fillmore West ’71
Taking place at the storied San Francisco music venue Fillmore West; Aretha Franklin captured the mood of the city by including coveres of The Beatles, Simon & Garfunkel, Bread and Stephen Stills as part of her stunning performance found on this incredible live album.
